This Chopper Knife is hand-made in the USA in our metal shop here in Conyers, GA. Our team hand selects the steels and hardwoods; they are beautiful, simple, efficient and practical. The high carbon steel blade has a full profile tang with a 47RC. The steel and RC help absorb impact better for heavy cutting and chopping. Features stainless steel bolsters, coca bola scales and includes a leather belt sheath.
