If at any time your knife fails to perform due to manufacturer’s defect, KA-BAR will replace the product with the same model or the most similar model to it from their current product line.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
If the product fails to satisfy this Limited Warranty, the Company will repair or replace the product or substitute a product of comparable value, at the Company's option, and such repair, replacement or substitution shall constitute the sole remedy for any failure of the product to satisfy this Limited Warranty or any implied warranty (ies) of the Company. In order to have a Limited Warranty claim evaluated by the Company, you must return the product, at your own expense and risk, to KA-BAR Knives, Inc., at 200 Homer Street, Olean, NY 14760, attention Customer Service Department. Please include with the returned product a brief written description of any claimed defect(s) in or failure(s) of the product. Any returned product determined by the Company to not be eligible for repair, replacement or substitution under the terms of the Limited Warranty will be returned to the Owner.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WHATSOEVER OF OR WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ALL SUCH OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THE COMPANY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ALL SUCH DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

Protect us and your knife!
Cover the blade with either the original sheath, or a cardboard sheath.
Be sure to cover the entire blade, including the tip of the blade.
Place your knife in a cardboard shipping box with additional packing material.
Please do not ship knives in padded envelopes.
Insure your knife!
Insure your package for its current retail value.
Save your shipping receipt and your tracking information.
KA-BAR is not liable for packages lost in transit.
Please make sure your knife is fully cleaned.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! Quite simply, we declare that we will make good on every order. Please, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with the merchandise that you received, return it to us within 30 days with the original paperwork and we will exchange it or refund your money in the manner paid (*some exceptions apply). This is an IRON-CLAD GUARANTEE! Instructions on the back of packing slip.
After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. Return your item(s) to us using the return label and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. Customers are responsible for return postage. If your order is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us. No tracer will be placed after 60 days.
