The Cold Steel Kitchen Classics series features high performance ice tempered, cryo-quenched and precision flat ground 400 series steel blades for exceptional cutting performance. The razor sharp edges lasts and last, and some have serrated edges uniquely appropriate to the tasks they were designed to do. Available as a complete set which includes a boning knife, bread knife, chef's knife, paring knife, slicer and utility knife, and 6 steak knives, all in an attractive oak counter-top stand. The handles have a stiff Zy-Ex core on the inside for durability, with a softer, food-safe Kray-Ex exterior for the kind of non-slip grip that must be felt to be appreciated!
