OVERVIEW
A ruggedly attractive Barlow pattern folding knife from Germany, the handle is composed of Sapele hardwood scales. Sapele is an African hardwood that's similar to Mahogany, with a rich grain pattern and high density prized by furniture, luxury flooring, and boat makers. This knife is a durable knife meant for hard work, with a strong backspring and a crisp "walk and talk". The sheepsfoot blade is favored by boatmen because it lessens the chances of accidental stab wounds on a pitching deck. The blade is stainless steel with a satin finish and 2-3/4" long. Brass anchor inlay on the left side of the handle. A stout, stout knife. Made in Solingen, Germany.
