This handsome Ryumon Japanese sword has a hand-forged and tempered high carbon AISI 1060 steel blade. Comes with certificate of authenticity, a full cleaning kit with an instruction booklet, and a cloth storage bag. Made in Longquan China, a sword-making center for 2600 years.
 

This handsome Ryumon Japanese sword is fitted to a mahogany grip and scabbard that are both endowed with beautiful depth and luster. The hand-forged blade is from tempered high carbon AISI 1060 steel. The mune (back of blade) is 45° Rockwell and the ha (edge) is 58° Rockwell. The hamon (temper line) is also real. Comes with certificate of authenticity, a full cleaning kit with an instruction booklet, and a cloth storage bag. Made in Longquan China, a sword-making center for 2600 years.
